If something says it’s “Dairy-free” or “Egg-free”, always check the ingredients. Look out for egg whites, casein, and whey.

Dairy-free coffee creamer frustrates me to no end. 
I don’t understand how they can get away with labeling it as that when it still has milk proteins in it.  

This annoying “veggie shred” brand shredded not-cheese has milk proteins in it, even though it says dairy free. I bought it and opened it before I looked at the ingredients and ended up wasting $3 because I couldn’t fucking eat it.

And no one fucking sells Daiya.
I try to avoid processed foods anyways so it’s not like I’d ever really eat it.
